        Concerning the quality of cleaning work, cleaning should be processed according to proper
        procedures.

    4. Responsibility

       A. Source of Order
          1) Manager of Construction
             A manager of construction is responsible supervise operation whether
             it is processed properly according to CUSTOMER technical  standard and process
             note.

          2) Manager of Operation
             A manager of operation is responsible to supervise an operation whether it processed
             properly according to CUSTOMER technical  standard and process note.

          3) Manager of Quality Control Department
              A manager of quality control department is responsible to supervise an
              operation whether it processed properly according to CUSTOMER technical standard
              and process note.

        B. Operation Company
           1) Field Manager
               Field manager is responsible for general operation work

           2) Manager of Operation
               Manager of Operation is responsible to manage operation following process depending
               the drawing and fild status after discussing with CUSTOMER operation department

            3) Manager of Quality Control Department
               Manager of Quality Control Department is responsible to check the general operation
               and building materials and report to CUSTOMER quality control department manager
               department manager.
